Due to the diversity of age ranges of the children participating in the program, GEP established a mentoring system in which an older/experienced member assists a younger/newer member. The philosophy of GEP is based upon team work and the belief that every member has a particular strength to lend to the group. We offer an in-house, after-school tutoring service in response to members who are faced with academic difficulties due to learning disabilities, poor study skills, or a lack of interest. Academic achievement is the highest priority of GEP.
